Core Functionality: Our Partner Notification tool allows users to send anonymous text messages to their partner(s), informing them of potential exposure to an STI and recommending immediate tests.
How it Works: Simply provide the person(s) name and phone number. We will deliver a carefully crafted, compassionate, and completely private message. Nobody will know the message is from you.
Value: This breaks the cycle of silence caused by fear or shame. It’s also a critical step in preventing the transfer of STIs, especially when your partner(s) don’t know they are infected.
2.Closest Testing Lab
After the notification, the next step is to get tested and confirm if you’re infected or not. We have a free locator to help you find trusted STI testing centers near you, especially for people in Australia and America.
Whether you prefer a public clinic or private facility, Gentell will connect you to verified options, so you can access professional testing and treatment with ease.
3.Resources
Knowledge is power. Our Resources page gathers trusted, easy-to-understand information to help you stay informed about sexual health. You will also get free resources, such as free condoms, online guides, and community health programs, to help you stay informed and protected.

Our History & Journey
2018
Conception
One of our founders' close friends got diagnosed with an STI and was distraught about how to tell a past partner. He was confused about how to tell her without ruining things.
2020
Development and Launch
We designed and launched the Gentell platform to make honest confessions easier. Operations started on a small scale, as we gathered feedback from early users and continuously improved our service.

Growth and Impact
Established partnerships with the help of some university health centers and community health organizations. Gentell reached multiple countries, allowing users to send anonymous STI messages to partners who are abroad without extra fees.
Based on users’ feedback, we added the “Closest Testing Centers” and “Resources” pages, making Gentell a more comprehensive health resource hub.
